We are working with a boutique professional services firm to source for an HR Business Partner to join their growing team. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for providing end to end HR support to both internal employees and clients.
You will have the opportunity to work in a very business and client facing role, where you will be given autonomy from day one to take real ownership and lead on ER cases of varying levels. You will be a true business partner offering advice and guidance to management and being proactive in your approach.
You will also have responsibility for owning the recruitment process. This will allow you to build genuine relationships with hiring managers and directly see the positive impact you are making to the business.
In order to succeed in this role, you must have experience in leading ER cases end to end and have the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders across all business areas. You must have a thorough understanding of the recruitment process and be able to lead on interviews as well as offer approvals and securing candidates.
