A law firm I have partnered with for a number of years have recently gone through a total HR function restructure and, on the back of this, are now looking for a brand-new HR Business Partner. Reporting into an experienced legal Head of HR, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the people agenda is a priority with senior stakeholders and will support the partnership through the ongoing changes.
You will be aligned to a specific practice area and will spend your time physically sitting within the group, allowing you excellent exposure and ensuring a first-class HR service is delivered to them. This group are looking for someone to take them on a journey; subtly coach them, suggest new ideas and offer strategic advice.
There are some strong personalities within this practice group so you will need to possess excellent stakeholder, upward management and persuasive skills.
Given the firm have recently gone through elements of change, a background in HR Business Partnering will stand you in good stead, particularly if you have spent time within a law firm.
