One of the world's largest reinsurers with a global presence are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner for their London branch. Within this HR Business Partner role you will be responsible for their Property & Casualty business areas.
As the HR Business Partner you will plan, implement and support HR processes and projects whilst operating at both a transactional and strategic level to the business. You will need to build strong relationship at all levels of management and provide sound advice and support to managers and employees across a whole range of employee relation issues.
To be successful within this role you will need an up to date knowledge of employment legislation, case law and HR best practice as well as the ability to influence managers at all levels. You will need strong experience dealing with complex issues as well as an outstanding knowledge of HR policies and procedures. Experience operating with the Insurance industry is desirable but all backgrounds across Financial Services will be considered.
