I have partnered with a global and commercial law firm seeking an HR Business Partner to join their London team. Having been through a number of global transformation projects the business and HR work closely together on human capital strategies. This role will suit someone with experience working with either a professional services or legal environment, managing a client group on a day to day capacity and is confident advising the senior leadership.
Working alongside two other HRBP's the role will have an HR Officer dedicated to support this practice group, although not directly managing it will mentor and coach on a daily basis. The business had individuals who specialise in recruitment, but does not have traditional CoE's so an HRBP who handles Employee Relations with confidence and can advise the business on how to approach these cases is essential.
With a practice group of circa 250 employees, you will be a strategic and operational HR Business Partner who enjoys the day to day delivery of best practice HR and working closely with the employees. The business is going through their annual pay reviews in April 2020 so ideally you ill have been through this previously and can come in with a self-starter and positive attitude.
The role is a 12 month FTC starting in Dec 2019 or Jan 2020.
