HR Business Partner
~100-130k base plus bonus
Our client is a high-growth insurance firm looking to expand their HR Business Partnership to meet the increasing needs of the business. This mid-level HRBP role will report to the CHRO and will function in a well-rounded generalist capacity with high visibility and partnership to a national client base.
The HRBP will drive a variety of areas including employee relations, compensation, performance management, talent management and change initiatives related to their acquisitions and organic growth. You bring several years of experience out of smaller to mid-sized professional services environments, ideally supporting a sales-oriented population in some fashion. You have operated in fast-paced and HR-centric organizations where you have evolved into client-facing and strategic work.
This is a phenomenal opportunity to do substantive work with excellent exposure to leaders, including direct partnership with the CHRO.
