I am delighted to be partnering with an international law firm to find them a London-based HR Business Partner, who will provide HR advice to European and Middle Eastern offices.
You will be reporting into a Head of HR who has an excellent reputation within the firm, and working under strong leadership from an experienced HR Director. Support will come from two well-established HR generalists and a fantastic group of administrators.
You will be supporting a population that consists of both fee-earners and business support teams, providing you with a variety of issues and exposing you to a range of seniorities.
Amongst other responsibilities, you will provide guidance on policies to all stakeholders, resolve any ER matters that arise, lead on operational projects, promote internal wellbeing and inclusion programmes and review ongoing HR practice.
With offices in the U.S.A and the Middle East, there is an exciting opportunity for this person to travel and build internal relationships.
I have worked with this law firm for over five years and know the team well. Cultural fit is paramount and, as the team work so closely together, a flexibility in your approach and your outgoing support will work well within their function. Experience of a partnership environment will stand you in good stead and will give you the head start when establishing new relationships internally.
