Working with a fantastic team within the head office, the HRBP will have the opportunity to forge meaningful relationships with a number of key stakeholders within the company, a well-known and successful restaurant chain.
This role allows you the scope to be involved in a number of facets of human resources, including employee relations, reward, engagement, recruitment, people analytics and data.
Your time will be split between the head office environment and the regional stores around the southern region where you will travel with the Regional Operations Manager to keep in touch and support your key stakeholders.
You will need to be a visible and recognisable face of HR, this is a business that prides itself on personality and forging strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
The HRBP will be a custodian of the business and provide a top-quality business partnering service in line with best practice and current employment legislation. You will want to ensure that the employees are fulfilled and engaged in their roles, working closely with store managers if for any reason this isn't the case.
You will also have the opportunity to get involved with recruitment strategy and any adhoc projects that present themselves.
Some experience working within retail/food/hospitality could be useful to your application.
