I am currently partnering with a specialty insurance brokerage business who are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner for their dynamic HR team in London.
As the HR Business Partner you will be a dedicated business partner for a specific business area where you will plan, implement and support HR processes and projects whilst operating at both a transactional and strategic level to the business. You will need to build strong relationship at all levels of management and provide sound advice and support to managers and employees. You will also be responsible for producing regular MI and managing their benefits provision.
To be successful within this role you will need an up to date knowledge of employment legislation, case law and HR best practice as well as the ability to influence managers at all levels. You will need strong experience dealing with ER issues as well as an outstanding knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Candidates need to be coming from an Insurance background ideally within the brokerage space but all backgrounds within insurance will be considered.
