Are you a forward thinking and commercial HR Generalist with drive and ambition to lead a business forward?
I am working with a Global Professional Services Business in Bristol who are looking for a credible and talented HR Business Partner. This organisation is experiencing impressive growth due to their success, they empower their people, reward recognition and offer excellent development.
As the HR Business Partner you will report into the HR Manager for the South and provide a commercially focused operational HR service, to include advice, guidance and support on a range of people issues, including employee relations, to stakeholders at varying levels including Directors and Partners. You will work closely with the HR Operations team to deliver the People Plan, projects and the HR calendar to support business strategy. You will advise, coach and up skill managers ensuring HR policies and procedures are being followed. You will lead and manage TUPE processes as and when required and will have a thorough understanding of Employment Law and its principles in a commercial business.

You will have the leadership of an outstanding Head of HR who will challenge, stretch and elevate your development. More so, you will be able to play a key role in the strategic direction of the business and their people agenda.

This role will suit a solid HR generalist who enjoys operating in a hybrid role providing operational and strategic support to various business units. You will have excellent commercial acumen along with a very ambitious and driven approach. You will need to demonstrate your ability in developing excellent working relationships with your stakeholders. You will have an excellent understanding across all Employee Relation disciplines, be able to engage and influence at all levels and be a pro active team player sharing skills and knowledge when required. Ideally you will be degree educated and hold a CIPD Qualification.
Salary being offered on this role is up to £50K depending on the experience you bring. My client is prepared to look at Part Time and flexible working for the right candidate
