A leading professional services company based in central London is recruiting for an HR Business Partner to cover a period of maternity for 9 months. This exciting opportunity requires an experienced HR Professional, available on short notice who has worked with an employees group of around 250. This particular role manages the financial services population so a background in banking, insurance or accountancy would be ideal.
- contribute to the development and implementation of service line strategy which extends beyond the professional discipline.
- Anticipate issues and needs within the division and address these effectively providing a first class client service to the line.
- Build and maintains influential relationships with business leaders and managers working closely with them to co-develop solutions to meet business needs.
- Acts as an agent for change within the service lines, ensuring organisational design/development solutions drive business transformation and change.
My client is looking for a CIPD qualified professional who can bring a commercial approach to the business. You should use your own initiative and show real motivation in building relations and getting to know key individuals across the business unit. Previous interaction and the ability to influence senior stakeholders including partners, directors and managers will be extremely important.
