HR Business Partner

I am partnering with a Real Estate business based in central London looking to identify a strong HR Business Partner to cover a period of maternity for 12 months.

Starting in February 2020 this role requires a generalist with UK multi site experience with a focus on ER and TUPE. Owing to a merger and combining two cultures and legacy practices the role requires someone with the ability to work as part of an ever changing environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone that wants to genuinely partner the business in a period of development and progression for the firm.

You will work closely with the HR Director and Head of Employee Relations plus the wider HR team on various initiatives across the business in both a BAU generalist capacity but also working on interesting projects. The role requires someone with the ability to build strong consultative relationships with key stakeholders. The ability to influence, gain trust and get the stakeholders to see challenges from different angles is paramount. In this role you'll be managing day to day employee relations including grievances, disciplinary, TUPE and settlement agreements inline with UK employment law.

In additional, you will be working with the internal Communications Manager to coordinate and deliver engagement surveys and pulse surveys. Thereafter you will communicate the results and work with department stakeholders to plan and deliver focussed employee engagement action plans developing measurements for success.

Finally you will be required to plan, coordinate and advise on organisational development and reorganisation strategies becoming the project lead on these in conjunction with the Head of Employee Relations.

The ideal candidate will have multi site experience. Someone from a retail or facilities management background would have a clear advantage. You will have recently worked as an HR BP and be able to show clear evidence of engagement projects. You will also need to evidence your change management expertise with specific relation to TUPE and Employee Relations.

With the role being multi site there is a requirement to travel from time to time.
