My Oxfordshire based client is looking to hire an HR Business Partner. This is a newly created position and reporting into the People Director for a Professional Services company that has been experiencing rapid growth in recent years. As the business has grown it's implementing a new business partner model to drive further growth and support the leadership teams.
This is a key position that will support the business and its leaders to develop, engage and retain talent, and to drive business changes and challenges. The business has a strong focus on developing its people and you will drive talent/leadership development and engagement alongside supporting on complex employee issues, HR operations and recruitment, working alongside a strong HR team.
You will be currently working in an HR Business Partner capacity with a strong passion for talent management and development. Alongside your generalist HR experience, you will have good analytical and communication skills, be used to building trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and able to demonstrate a track record of delivering business critical change programmes. Experience gained within Professional Services, Management Consultancy, Financial Services or similar would be preferred.
The client is based in commuting distance from Oxford, Swindon and the Cotswolds.
