I am partnering with an international media company based in central London on their search for an Interim HR Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity for HR professionals that enjoy working within a creative and progressive environment.
The HR BP will be responsible for a corporate client group covering c250 employees across the Head Office function. Partnering with the CFO, Head of Legal and the senior brands team you will be the main HR point of contact. The role will also be responsible for overseeing a HR coordinator and will need to partner closely with the other HR BP within the business. You must be able to work autonomously and manage a variety of end to end complex ER cases. This is a strategic role where you will be able to utilise data to inform wider business decisions and strategy.
Currently the business is running a number of HR initiatives and projects that this role will play a pivotal part in including; Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Flexible working pilots, and system implementations. Any workday system experience will be an advantage.
