We are delighted to work with an internationally recognised organisation to recruit a permanent HR Business Partner to be based in Liverpool, supporting corporate functions.
As an HR Business Partner you will become part of a hugely successful Global HR team and be responsible for the generalist, hands on support across all areas of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, complex employee relations, wellbeing, learning & development and organisational development. You will work closely with managers and team leaders across the business to improve capabilities, coach and support them whilst managing and developing an HR Administrator.
You will be responsible for ensuring excellent operational delivery whilst working with stakeholders and the business to understand people challenges and put the correct interventions in place such as skills and capability training, succession planning, restructuring or talent management. It's an exciting hands on operational HR business partnering role with the opportunity to support the development of this site.
In order to be successful in your application you will need to demonstrate strong generalist HR experience gained within a professional environment, having supported corporate functions. Experience gained within a matrix organisation would be beneficial but not essential. The successful candidate will be driven, professional, confident and comfortable working independently. They will be innovative, flexible in their working style, have high expectations in terms of service delivery and exceptional communication skills. Due to high level of stakeholder engagement and management it is essential you have worked in a business partnering capacity, partnering with heads od department or a shared service centre.
This organisation offer extremely competitive package which includes a base salary £50,000 - £65,000, a £7000 car allowance, a performance related bonus, and competitive contributory pension.
