As HR Business Partner you will partner with the commercial functions to maintain and constantly improve the talent agenda. Reporting into the Head of People and Performance, the HR Business Partner will take ownership for a specific number of client groups to help grow and engage employees.
The HR Business Partner will have come from a environment that has experienced change whilst looking after the broad range of generalist responsibilities that come with such a position.
Some of the key areas that will be a focus for this role include: engagement, talent management, employee relations, succession planning, data analysis and performance management.
The HR Business Partner will be able to operate strategically and operationally in a busy and high performing environment - constantly looking to improve both engagement and performance.
Some other skills or qualifications that may be useful for your application include:
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
