Our client is a leading technology firm with a solid brand name within the industry. With continuing business needs, they are seeking a HR Business Partner to join the team locally for the Global region.
Reporting to the of HR Director, you will be the HR Partner to the Head of Departments for full spectrum of HR function. This role will be critical in collaborating with the line managers on Recruitment strategy, Performance management planning and execution to support company's operations growth. You will manage the Human Resource processes of the company to ensure operational effectiveness, focusing on Human Resource policies and systems needed which can be implemented locally and proactively identify gaps in the existing processes, propose and implement changes necessary to establish good HR practices. You should be able to facilitate communication sessions such as skip level meeting and all hands meetings and employee engagement programs.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for someone with the ability to influence and advise line management to manage employees effectively and increase staff engagement and level of performance. Ideally, you would possess a degree with at least 8 years of experience in HR generalist and business partnering role, preferably in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
