For our client, a leader in renewable energy, we are looking for an experienced HRBP able to lead the development and execution of HR policies and strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and follow-up on company policies, procedures and documentations;
  • Acting as a point of contact to business managers in all HR services;
  • Be actively involved in the evolution and /or changes of the company. Being a key player in the change management and HR policies;
  • Cooperation with social partners to work on various labor relation issues;
  • Management on some aspects of the recruitment process;
  • Participation and conduction of annual appraisal interviews;
  • Supervision or involvement in management of disciplinary actions;
  • Preparation of regular reports for the headquarter and evaluation of KPI's;
  • Provide expert advices and assistance to managers and employees on all HR related issues;
  • Involvement in conflict management:
  • Supervision of the Payroll & HR Officer;


  • Degree in an HR related field (Human Resources, Labour Sciences or Psychology,…) preferred
  • Experience in an industrial or service company and a first approach with blue collars is preferred;
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of social law;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in Dutch, French and English;
  • Good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, flexible, results-oriented and proactive;
  • Discreet, stress resistant, leadership and strong management skills;
  • Team orientation, participative management style;
  • Willingness to travel to different locations within the Charleroi and Bruges area
