HR Business Partner

I am delighted to be partnering with a leading UK professional services business, who are looking for a talented HR Business Partner for their Northern and Midlands based offices. The role is the first hire outside of London in HR, offering the opportunity to influence and shape it.

The role will develop HR’s presence and visibility across the UK office network, with an excellent opportunity to build relationships with key stakeholders. As part of the HR Business Partnering team, you will provide excellent service and guidance to your allocated business divisions. We are looking for someone who is well versed with all the main pillars of HR, including reward, performance, appraisals and ER. There will be ad-hoc project work also.

Ideally we would like to find someone with strong business partnering experience, in a professional services or similiar industry. Someone with good communication skills, but also who looks at HR through a commercial lense.

The role will require travel to offices, as well as working from home. This role is very commutable from Leeds, Manchester & Sheffield amongst other places.
