I am currently partnering on an exclusive basis with a reputable Nordic corporate and investment bank who are looking for a HR Business Partner for their London branch. My client have been active in the UK market for over 50 years. This is an exciting and diversified role within HR in London, working in a professional business-driven organisation with a strong focus on people.
In this position you will operate as one of two local HR Business Partners in London, this is an all-encompassing, hands-on, generalist HR role where you will support clients across front office and support functions. There will be dual reporting lines into London and head office in Europe within this role.
The global HR organisation is currently on a journey of transformation to meet future workforce demands. Advisory leadership, digital customer solutions and operational excellence will be important building blocks going forward. Alongside, delivering core HR practices you will also be responsible for working closely with the London management team to drive the agenda for people and organisational development to support the outlined strategy. You will be responsible for coordinating and aligning local HR activity across the different business areas whilst collaborating with the global HR team to ensure efficiency and access to forefront thinking.
To be successful within this role you will be an experienced, ambitious HR Business Partner who enjoys working with development and change. You will need the ability to switch between operational and strategic HR activity.
This role requires a background in Financial Services as well as a good understanding of the regulatory environment and implications for HR.
