HR Business Partner
HR Business Partner, Based either Reigate or London Bridge Office. Hybrid working on offer. Up to £60,000 with very generous bonus.
I am delighted to share that I am partnering with a highly reputable Financial Services firm based in Reigate, who are currently seeking an ambitious and commercial HR Business Partner to join their team. As the HR Business Partner, you will report into the Head of HR Business Partnering to support the business with operational HR matters across the employee lifecycle, including delivery of the cyclical HR Activity. Within your remit you will look after a head count of circa 500 employees.
This will be a fast-paced generalist role where you will support the Head of HRBP with organisation design, strategic workforce planning, succession planning and partner the strategic functions on recruitment activity. You will lead the HR Employee lifecycle activities, drive line manager capability, providing coaching complex cases and the delivery of people processes and lead the performance management and the compensation process. As the HR Business Partner, you will also be accountable for reporting on monthly HR metrics, providing strategic advice and developing employment processes and policies and partnering with the business to drive their DE&I agenda.
To be successful in this role you will have an impressive background and solid skill set of operating and delivering within a HR Business Partner role within a financial/professional services organisation. You will demonstrate a good working knowledge of employment regulations and HR practices, be willing to challenge, give feedback and influence colleagues and senior stakeholders to deliver change and possess strong analytical and problem solving skills. A degree or equivalent in HR is also required.
