Our client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with an entrepreneurial mindset to coach and have full end responsibility of HR in the Netherlands.

You will be responsible for all aspects of HR and work in a close-knit team.

What do you bring?

  • Excellent project management and coaching skills
  • Minimum of 4-10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role
  • Experience and understanding of Dutch labour law
  • Business acumen
  • Background in change management or organizational development
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
