HR Business Partner

Our client, a top hedge fund with an exceptional record amongst their competitors and culture of cohesion and excellence in HR, is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to support a blend of front office and operations groups (totaling approximately 600). With the support of one direct report and guidance from a dynamic manager with exceptional knowledge of the firm, this hire will have a visible impact on their talent and people program, backed by well resourced centers of excellence in areas from recruiting, to benefits, HR systems, etc. Knowledge of Workday would be a plus, as would prior experience at a hedge fund. Knowledge of fast moving financial services settings and prior support of revenue driving groups are required. This role is based in Midtown East, NYC, and is fully on-site and in person with some flexibility. Base salaries will range to 160k depending on experience with compelling bonus packages on top and strong benefits overall.
