A unique global commodities trading firm with a global presence are looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to support their Global Markets business. Based within London you will have responsibility for their EMEA region.
Working within their Capital Markets business and partnering with the CEO of Capital Markets you will have the opportunity to make a real impact working on a range of regional and global HR projects as well as supporting management on the day-to-day HR issues and provide advice and guidance on performance management, talent and recruitment.
You will also advise on the preparation and analysis of information for compensation and performance management reviews, with a major focus on the annual compensation review and bonus process as well as annual benefit enrolment.
This is a broad, generalist hands-on HR Business Partner role that offers excellent exposure and autonomy across their Capital Markets business. To be successful within this role you will need demonstrable experience of covering the full range of the HR function as well as the ability to deliver end-to-end solutions depending on client's needs.
