A new opportunity has arisen to join the Human Resources team of a boutique Investment company based in central London. They are looking for an HR Business Partner on a contract basis to cover a period of maternity for 12 months starting ASAP.
The main purpose of this role will be to deliver a high quality, professional HR service to all areas of the business including front office, operations and support services.
This is an end to end generalist role but there are also key deliverables across a range of projects including support to SMCR, payroll restructuring, plus driving forward change and modernisation programmes. You will work alongside senior stakeholders and other HR professionals to influence, challenge and support service delivery. In addition, you will be accountable for the delivery of efficient and effective employee relations solutions and maintain trusted relationships with managers, employees and third party associates.
To be considered for this role you must have previous generalist HR management experience from a financial services background and experience of working in a fast-paced organisation.
