Value led and involved in many exciting projects, the association provides over 21,000 homes across community development projects and within the commercial arm of their business. This association has won awards not only for the work they do in sustainability and environmentally friendly planning but also in Best UK Workplace and regeneration projects.
My client is looking for a HR Business Partner to lead the delivery of comprehensive HR generalist support alongside the Senior HRBP. You will line manage a HR Advisor and will be responsible for a client group of c.350 employees. You will deliver a proactive and high-touch service to internal customers, and work on increasing the capabilities of middle-managers across their business units, equipping them with the necessary skills to run high-performing teams. As the HR Business Partner for your client group you will deliver a proactive and developmental HR Agenda and be responsible for delivering and implementing the HR Strategy.
This is a true business partnering role, where you will have responsibility for talent management, succession planning, engagement and Management Development. In order to be successful in this role you must have a strong ER background and be comfortable dealing with disciplinary and grievance cases. You will have experience owning your own client group within a commercial organisation that is fast paced and result driven. A strong HR generalist background with extensive experience in the employee life cycle is crucial, You will have management experience as well as hands on coaching.
A CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential. In terms of personality fit, you'll be dynamic, proactive and professional with high levels of emotional intelligence and resilience. This is a great opportunity to work in a true business partner capacity and would either suit a HRBP with a minimum of 2 year's experience or an experienced HR Professional ready for a move up in their career and has worked in a large organisation.
Salary: £50,000 - £52,000. Generous annual leave and pension contribution.
