Our client is a renowned global organization currently embarking on a change & transformation agenda. They are seeking the support of a high caliber HR Business Partner to join their National P&C team.
Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering, you will partner with two high profile client groups to help achieve their business outcomes and strategic goals. Supported by HR Consultants and specialist functions, you will lead the full suite of HR generalist activities and solutions that will drive a continuing high performing & customer-centric culture.
Through effective business partnering and an ability to coach senior stakeholders, you will develop initiatives to drive employee engagement, retention, talent development & mobility. You will support change initiatives in line with the company strategy and be able to identify strategic people issues & design and deliver effective solutions.
With prior experience in a strategic HR Business Partner capacity, your experience championing change with transforming environments will be key. A credible and influencing style will see you succeed in this environment. Professional / financial services or similar preferred.
