HR Business Partner

I am delighted to be partnering exclusively with a financial services business based within commuting distance of Glasgow,

The business concerned are global, and you will be part of a European team. operating in an end to end HRBP role. The positions are a balance of both operational and strategic work. You will be supporting the Senior Leadership team. This will involve some hands on work, as mentioned, but also projects and ad-hoc strategic programmes.

We are looking for HRBP’s who have a really strong depth and breadth of experience. Generalist HR, and obviously a track record of business partnering experience is ideal. Exposure to a complex or matrix style organisation is desirable, as is experience of financial services.

The business offer hybrid working, with a minimum of 2 days in the office, preferably 3. There will be some travel to London, but not on a regular basis. Flexible working is also available.
