HR Business Partner

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for a new role where you can make impact? I am working on an opportunity for a seasoned HR Business Partner / HR Manager. This organization is a high performing national professional services firm, and the role will be the HR Business Partner for one of their leading practice groups.

You will need to be able to demonstrate a strong ability to build relationships and influence, be resilient and have proven success with your client groups.

This is a small to medium sized business where you will have the opportunity to be both strategic and operational; you will need to be agile in your approach and work with the broader HR team on best practice.

This role is the main business partner for the firm’s most profitable service line and so it is essential you have been an HR business partner/ Manager for a number of years.

Salary up to £70k + bonus + benefits (hybrid working on offer)
