Our client, a large real estate investment firm, is looking for an experienced 5+ year HR Business Partner to join their growing team. This person will support their own client group who are incredibly profitable and sales driven and will provide expertise in the areas of employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, learning and development, etc. They will report to a Senior HR Business Partner who has been with the business for 5 years and holds very strong relationships with the business so this person will have a true mentor to learn from but who will also give them the creative space necessary to thrive and grow. Financial/professional services a plus. Candidates may be located in NJ, NYC and/or Washington DC as they have offices in all 3 locations; remote option for now with a hybrid model to follow. Our client offers a competitive base salary and bonus.
