HR Business Partner
I’m delighted to work with a market leading international professional services organisation to recruit an HR Business Partner in Bristol. You will become part of a collaborative, experienced network of HR Business Partners providing a consultative support to aligned business areas.
As the HR Business Partner you will align yourself with a specific client group of c.300, working closely with the managers and leaders to understand their business objectives, challenges, opportunities, and risks, and to plan, implement and/or facilitate HR initiatives and interventions to drive key areas such as performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, increasing capability and retention. You will also play a key part in coaching, developing, and supporting line management to develop their people management capability, advising on complex people issues. You may also be involved in company wide projects involving organisation design and restructuring.
The successful candidate will preferably have worked in an HR Business Partnering capacity within a matrix structured Financial or Professional Services organisation. You will have significant experience of operating as a true, operational and strategic Business Partner – building lasting relationships with senior stakeholders. Your experience will include driving capability and performance, organisation design and development, and managing change. Commercially aware, you will possess strong communication and influencing skills and you would like to apply this within a fast paced matrix structured business, with scope to support and lead on change.
