HR Business Partner
I am delighted to be supporting an innovative, market leading Global Technology Company in recruiting a HR Business Partner to join their team.
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping and growing their HR presence and team, while ensuring they maintain a strong emphasis on employee satisfaction, well-being, and development. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience in the IT services or technology industry and possess a passion for creating an inclusive and engaging workplace culture. The successful candidate will also hold a CIPD certification, reflecting their expertise in HR practices and principles.
Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy and Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
- HR Team Development: Lead the expansion and nurturing of the HR team, creating a positive work environment to attract and retain top HR talent. Support and mentor existing HR employees.
- Workforce Planning: Conduct workforce analysis, forecast future talent requirements, and develop proactive strategies to address any workforce gaps, ensuring the organization has the right talent to meet its evolving needs.
- Benefits, Policies, and Compliance: Manage benefits administration, develop HR policies, and ensure compliance with employment laws and GDPR regulations.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, providing support to managers and offering feedback to employees.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters with empathy, ensuring fair treatment and timely issue resolution.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with recruitment team on candidate selection and manage the new employee induction process.
- Learning and Development: Support training needs identification and assist in designing and delivering learning initiatives.
- Culture and Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, organizing employee engagement activities.
- Salary and Benefits Benchmarking: Regularly conduct salary and benefits benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation packages.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience in IT services or technology, showcasing industry-specific HR expertise.
- CIPD level 5 certification or equivalent qualification demonstrating HR best practices and employment law proficiency.
- Proven track record in leading and growing HR teams, displaying strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships across all organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and technology-driven HR solutions.
- Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a dynamic start-up environment.

Package details
- Salary £55,000 – £60,000
