Banstead, full time 4-5 days on site
Up to £50,000 day rate equivallent
I am delighted to be working with a brilliant Healthcare Group, recruiting a HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support to a client group of ~80 professionals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure smooth HR operations within your area, managing employee events and maintaining accurate records.
- Support managers in people-related matters, providing advice and training.
- Lead HR Officer(s) and manage HR operations within your business unit.
- Act as the main point of contact for specific HR specialisms.
- Oversee immigration matters, ensuring compliance with Home Office requirements.
- Address performance and employee relations issues, offering solutions and minimizing risks.
- Create a positive onboarding experience for new employees.
- Support staff engagement initiatives and provide statistical analysis.
- Collaborate with recruitment for interviews and pre-employment checks.
About you
- CIPD Level 7 qualification or Level 5 with a willingness to study towards Level 7.
- Graduate level education in any subject.
- Minimum 3 years of recent continuous experience in HR, with 5+ years preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and healthcare environment.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to implement HR plans autonomously.
