HR Business Partner. Based Crawley area. £65,000-£70,000 + 10% Car allowance and generous bonus. Hybrid working on offer.

I am delighted to be working with this highly reputable and well-established organisation based in West Sussex to help them recruit a HR Business Partner. This organisation is market leading in their industry and believe in making an excellent customer experience. This role is a key position within the business as it is critical in shaping and implementing effective people strategies.

As the HR Business Partner you will report into the Head of HR and will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to build organisation and people capability within various business functions including Finance, IT and commercial. You will support six directorates with a headcount of circa 300.

This is a strategic role working in a fast paced operational environment. You will be responsible for developing and delivering the HR agenda, delivering core elements of the HR Strategy, coaching and partnering senior leaders and developing plans to grow leaders at all levels, ensuring they are equipped with technical, behavioural and leadership capability. In addition, you will deliver an engagement plan for each of the directorates business area, contribute to the organisational design process and support wellbeing by implementing practical solutions to improve diversity, equality and inclusion.

To be successful in this role you will have an impressive background and solid skill set of operating and delivering within a strategic HR Business Partner role. You will have a full understanding of the HR Process and the legal framework and the ability to understand, analyse and diagnose business issues and translate these to people-based solutions.
