A UK Financial Services group are looking to hire a HR Business Partner for their Asset Management business. As the HR Business Partner you will partner with a number of key business areas to plan, implement and support HR processes and projects that fit business requirements.
The role is based in London and provides an excellent opportunity for the successful person to deliver and implement on everything from HR processes & procedures, compensation matters, coaching and advising on employee relation issues as well as championing performance management and leading on talent and succession planning initiatives. This is an extremely busy, fast-paced role with excellent career and personal development opportunities.
To be successful within this role you will need the ability to work in an evolving and changing business environment. The ideal candidate will also have HR Business Partnering preferably within a Financial Services environment. You will need the ability manage high volumes or work and have an excellent understanding of HR processes.
