HR Business Partner
Are you an ambitious Business Partner looking to join a fast-growth, global FinTech? Joining a progressive and value-add People Team, you will work closely with a Senior HR Business Partner and support a key client group.
Partnering with people leaders and employees, you will help drive high performance, employment engagement and continuous improvement by ensuring an exceptional working environment and employee experience.
The role:
- Partner with people leaders to deliver on strategic HR initiatives.
- Consult with leaders and execute people-related strategies around performance management, employee relations, coaching, organisational development, workforce planning and learning & development.
- Provide 1:1 coaching with leaders and employees
- Drive consistency in employee experience and engagement.
- Help design & execute L&D and leadership development programs and facilitate training
- Participate in final round interviews to ensure the suitability of new talent
- Support cyclical projects and be involved in / design HR projects
- Manage limited HR operations (with the support of a HR Coordinator)
You will demonstrate:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field
- Prior Business Partner / Advisory experience in a progressive, high touch environment
- An enjoyment for frequent 1:1 meetings
- Experience coaching leaders and provide guidance on people matters

Attractive salary pacakge on offer inclusing a bonus and generous benefits package. Base salary will be dependant on experience, circa $120k – $150K + super.
