Working for an extremely interesting international organisation in the data and engineering field, they work with clients to provide data on land or sea projects and how they can sustainably achieve results.
This is a newly created role perfect for an experienced HR Business partner looking for a role they can implement their ideas, partner with Directors and Managers in the UK office and have the support from a shared service centre so that they can focus on strategic projects and drive excellence across the business.
DUTIES
- Reporting into the European Senior HRBP and partnering with stakeholders such as Directors, Managers and their teams to create and deliver the people plan, you will be able to think outside the box and come up with exciting initiatives and plans to drive the business forward from a people perspective
- Develop the already strong company culture and values, and analyse trends and metrics
- Workforce planning, organisational effectiveness and talent management are all areas this role will have control over and look at developing initiatives for
- Employee engagement, DEI, projects that encompass sustainability and support a high performing culture
- Partnering with global teams on projects, as well as looking at local initiatives to strengthen the people plan and capabilities.
- You will be a driver of change, enjoy getting to know the teams and building relationships and be visible and there to support
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- You will be a high achiever and be continually looking to grow and develop your career in HR
- Strong HRBP experience gained in either an engineering, scientific or similar organisation with a workforce of highly skilled employees
- Experience implementing projects from start to finish, an analytical mindset but to be able to use data with creativity
- Strong HR generalist background, including workforce planning, organisational design, talent engagement
- You will be excited by change, have string relationship building and communication skills
- Strong project management skills and be able to drive implementation.
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent, excellent presentation and analytical skills
