HR Business Partner
A global IT staffing firm of ours is looking for an HRBP for a full time, hybrid role in NYC.
The Director of HR is seeking someone to lead HR operations in the states. This position will be far from one dimensional. With the expanding remote and onsite population, there will be a large strategic component to this role. Besides strategy, some of the general responsibilities that you will have would be employee engagement, benefits, employee relations, performance, and rewards. If you are a self-starter that thrives in a creative and free environment, this will be a great role for you.
As an HRBP, you will bring a self-starter mentality to this role. You will have a minimum of 3 years as an HRBP. You will also have experience in staffing or a sales environment. You will have excellent organization and structural skills. You will also thrive in a culture where willingness to learn and collaboration is key to succeeding.
