My client a tech brand are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner on a 3 contract based in London.
Working in a busy HR function you will be responsible for around 300 staff. Acting as a collaborative partner between the business and wider HR to deliver a fit for purpose HR function. Your duties will include:
- Employee Relations - managing all complex and lower cases working up to tribunal when required
- Change Management - supporting on upcoming TUPEs, Redundancies and possible consultations
- Performance Management
- Succession Planning
- Policy research
- Staff pay reviews
To carry out this role the ideal candidate will be immediately available and have a strong background working at a business partnering level. You will ideally have experience working in a global organisation and feel comfortable managing large scale projects.
