HR Business Partner
Our client, a global apparel company, is looking for an HR Business Partner to join their growing team. They are seeking someone who can handle performance management, employee relations, compensation, employee engagement, learning & development, HR communications, etc. to compliment another HR Business Partner on the team who specializes more on the HR Operations side (benefits, compensation, HRIS, reporting, etc.).
Reporting to the Head of HR, this person must come out of apparel/retail/e-commerce and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate will be extremely resourceful, driven, autonomous and be a true change agent.
This role sits in Secaucus, NJ 4 days a week.
