Our client is a global Financial Services brand with a base in Singapore that services the rest of APAC. They have engaged our services for a strategic HR Business Partner to have oversight of their Singapore and APAC portfolio. An individual contributor position where you will be responsible for forming strong alliances and relationships across multiple stakeholders. They are non-hierarchical in a matrix set-up.

A highly visible role to the senior leadership teams. HR is seen as a value-add function and a key partner to the business. Stakeholder management is critical for this person to successfully navigate the firm and to gain credibility. Using data and analytics to drive strategic decisions is a must.

An exciting opportunity for a top-tier Business Partner to upskill and drive talent across APAC, gain exposure to a broad range of senior stakeholders, drive performance across APAC and get exposed to interesting change work. Accountability for a progressive HR agenda and stakeholder relations at a senior level. An opportunity to liaise with global and APAC counterparts on HR projects.

Strategic Oversight; You will play a lead role in the development and implementation of commercial HR solutions (in line with the firm's parameters and local market) to support the firm's strategy for Singapore and APAC. This will include establishing excellent relationships, being a change leader, supporting talent management and driving high levels of HR expertise across APAC.

Background: Experience in forging strong relationship at all levels and working in a Professional Services/Financial Services/Banking//Technology/Fintech/Data-driven firms is strongly desirable.
