A new and exclusive engagement with a global market leader in logistics process automation. European head-quartered, with around 8000 employees, they have consistently increased turnover year on year. Due to growth in APAC, they are looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner

Reporting to a Managing Director and HR Leader in Europe and sitting on the APAC management team, you will partner with the Business Leaders for ANZ, Japan & China to help execute their company vision and strategy while providing leadership to develop business specific plans.

Collaborating closely with the business, People Services, and expert HR colleagues, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide insight & support to the leadership team developing organizational design, culture, leadership, talent, capability development & change.
  • Coach leadership team on people related options
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on people topics and provide direction on HR solutions
  • Represent the business needs within HR strategic conversations
  • Collaborate with the global HR BP team and contribute to the creation & delivery of the global people strategy & initiatives
  • Coach the leadership team to further grow their leadership skills & potential

About You:

With 7+ years of experience in HR BP roles in a complex, multinational business, you will demonstrate business insight, strategic mindset and be able to translate business needs into an aligned people plan and drive this to successful execution.

With strong relationship building & influencing skills, you can connect globally to build partnerships with business leaders, HR BP’s, COE Teams, whilst effectively balancing stakeholder needs to deliver results.

Experience deploying successful talent development initiatives, organizational design and/or change management experience required.

Previous APAC exposure essential.
