We have a career-enhancing opportunity with our client; a progressive and global Italian business who is looking to bring on board an HR Business Partner to join their Global HQ near Brescia and support/lead a strong transformation and evolution agenda throughout the business!
The objective of the role is to act as the point of contact and trusted advisor to the Business Leaders of the Corporate and Digital functions, supporting a workstream of 200/250. Providing expertise in coaching and advising on HR policies and practices that will enable the overall success of the HR agenda, ultimately being part of a much large and global HR function in a truly matrix setup.
The HR Business Partner will report into and work closely with the Global HR Director. This person will strategically own the HR agenda for the corporate and digital departments, whilst being involved in wider HR activities inclusive of change management and HR digitalization.

As the company will be going through a significant transformation and growth, at times you will need to challenge the business with new ideas and offer creative solutions to complex issues, while investing in developing and evolving long-lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
You will be deeply passionate and have strong previous experience in supporting and leading an HR agenda for a global agile-based organization going through periods of strong growth, and will be very familiar with activities such as Change Management, Culture & Engagement, Talent Management, Performance Management, People Development & Recruiting Strategies and much more - this will grant you lots of exposure on both a local and international level and allow you to quickly scale and develop into larger responsibilities and opportunities.
Knowledge of the Italian & English languages to full proficiency is required for this opportunity.
