HR Business Partner – Digital Banking
Our client, a leading fintech firm, which was born out of an idea to disrupt traditional banking and who has continuously promoted innovation and entrepreneurship amongst it’s team is now looking for a HR/People Business Partner to join their growing team in a fully HR Generalist role, based in the Singapore office.
This will be strategic and operational role partnering with the Chief HR Officer, wider HR Business Partner team as well as the HR Centre of Excellence’s. You will be operating in a broad HR Generalist position in a highly visible role, working closely with the Leadership Team and Managers to operationalise and enhance the HR function acting as a trusted adviser to your client groups. You will be responsible for managing and supporting annual HR processes and projects. You will operate as the key point of contact for your assigned business areas (product, commercial, risk, and finance) regarding ongoing HR Advisory and queries, building excellent relationships with your key stakeholders. You will lead and improve learning and development programmes, drive talent management processes including designing succession and promotion plans. You will also support employee development and annual salary and bonus reviews for your client groups.
Ideally, you will be currently operating in a HR Business Partner role with another global banking or financial services organisation in a broad business facing, strategic and operational position. You will be comfortable navigating performance driven global matrix structures, as well operating in a smaller, high touch and growing organisation, with a focus on collaboration and quality deliverables. You must have the ability to engage with stakeholders at varied levels spread across the region, building strong working relationships across the business. You are a team player with excellent consultative and interpersonal skills.
