A global brokerage business who play a pivotal role in the world's financial, energy and commodities markets are looking to recruit an EMEA HR Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast pace and ever-changing business environment.

As the HR Business Partner you will work at both a strategic and operational level with multiple client groups in the capacity of a trusted advisor. The role will support and advise commercial management on aligning the people strategy with business objectives. You will need the ability to build strong relationship at all levels of management and provide sound advice and support to managers and employees. You will also provide advice on all HR related queries in the employment relationship and drive the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives.

To be successful within this role you will need an up to date knowledge of employment legislation, case law and HR best practice as well as the ability to influence managers at all levels. You will need experience operating as a HR Business Partner in a Financial Services environment as well as an outstanding knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
