We are delighted to be partnering with a global multinational investment company on a HR Business Partner opportunity. With large presence across Singapore, EMEA and the US, your role will partner with the Investment Group and manage a full scope of business partnering matters for the firm on a global scale.

Your role will partner with senior leaders in the business to drive and implement strategic HR plans whilst acting as a key individual in the team to support stakeholders and provide solutions and trusted advisory across the firm. You will lead performance management and talent development discussions, partnering with business leaders to develop workforce planning strategies as well as manage all employee relations issues. As a trusted business partner, you’ll also manage change initiatives and ensure collaboration and strong relationships are established and maintained throughout to deepen employee engagement and build awareness surrounding HR policies and integration.

The suitable individual should bring a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 7 years of experience in strong business partnering within global investment firms / financial institutions. You’ll have experience managing a global / regional portfolio with proven success in implementing global strategies as well as navigating local and country respective employment laws.

You’ll have proven ability to manage a fast paced environment whilst ensuring high level of efficiency and time management skills. You’ll demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to build strong and impactful relationships with key stakeholders within the business. Sound knowledge of employment laws across other countries is also necessary with proven ability to navigate in a global role and environment.
