HR Business Partner – Financial Services
We are thrilled to be partnering with a multinational financial services trading company on a newly created HR Business Partner opportunity. With offices spanning across the US, EMEA and an emerging market in Asia, the firm demonstrate a truly collaborative and unique culture that has positioned themselves as a market leader as they continue to build their presence across Asia.
The HR Business Partner will operate in an individual contributor role and manage the entire HR function for the Singapore office whilst collaborating with close counterparts and key stakeholders across Asia. As a key person in charge of the HR function, you’ll manage the full spectrum of HR operations and employee relations acting a key individual to front and partner with senior stakeholders within the business.
We are looking for a qualified HR Business Partner who brings at least 10 years of HR experience within the financial services industry. You should be comfortable working independently operating in a highly visible role whilst navigating stakeholders across different jurisdictions. The firm are made up of impressive leadership who require individuals to be highly engaging, collaborative and efficient in their day to day. You should be an excellent problem solver and know how to approach highly sensitive and confidential matters with integrity. Your skills as a HR Business Partner should be strategic, knowing how to approach and provide advisory to regional leaders whilst being comfortable managing the day-to-day HR operations in a lean business.
