Work for a leader in its area of financial services in a HR Business Partner role, supporting a Corporate portfolio.
Reporting into the Chief HRO and working as part of the HR team supported by centres of excellence and shared services, you will be a true HR Business Partner supporting your client group which comprises HR, Finance, Risk Legal and Audit.
You will be responsible for all BAU within your client group including managing the rem review, performance review and engagement surveys as well as driving capability and working closely with centres of excellence.
The organisation is going through exciting change and growth and as such there will be a need to lead on new and existing HR projects around change and transformation and so a strong background in driving HR transformation projects will be key to success in this role.
With a strong focus on continuous improvement across the business, your ideas will be welcomed and encouraged and you will be empowered to achieve individual and team goals.
To be successful in this role you will already be operating in a HR Business Partner role in a large corporate. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and will be able to operate outside of the BAU to support and lead HR projects focused on change. Financial Services experience may be an advantage, you will most definitely have supported white-collar corporate client groups.
