Reporting in to the Chief People Officer, as an individual contributor, this individual will partner directly with the Leadership team and Functional Heads across Technology, Operations and Support Functions to manage people strategy, HR operations and projects across your business areas and company-wide.
This individual will also be key in driving HR Transformation Programmes, from scratch, across the growing organisation, from strategy to execution, therefore it is important that you are a commercially driven and change orientated HR Business Partner.
This individual will have fun, taking best practice and existing programmes from the extensive resources available to them, also simplifying processes and ensuring everything is bespoke and fit for purpose for this new and exciting fintech organisation. Alongside managing the annual HR processes (Talent, Performance, Reward etc) of your client groups and operating as a trusted advisor and coach to the leadership team, you will be highly involved in driving HR projects end-to-end from strategy through to execution.
You will ideally be an HR Business Partner who has operated in large global complex Financial Services / Fintech / Tech organisations, who has latterly embraced operating as a HR Business Partner in a Tech / Fintech start up or growing Financial Services organisation. You will be able to balance the governance and process of a regulated environment with the entrepreneurial and creative Technology start-up nature of the business, navigating ambiguity and setting things up from scratch. You will operate as a lean, collaborative and high performing team, alongside another HR Business Partner, also supported by the CoE's.
