An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR business partner at a global bank. Working alongside your aligned divisions, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing key people priorities across the businesses. You will be a trusted and proven expert to senior leaders on all aspects of people-related matters.
Playing an integral and proactive part in performance management, succession planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits etc. You will be part of a close HR team that are going through a transformation project. You will need to work effectively together to deliver the wider priorities of the HR function continuously reviewing the effectiveness of HR practices. This role would report into an approachable, dynamic and seasoned HR director. Through your experience of working as a HR business partner you will be able to provide guidance to help promote an optimal working environment and the commercialities of the bank.
To be considered for this role, you should have 8+ years of operating as a HR generalist/business partner within financial services. You should have fluency in spoken and written English and fluency in Cantonese.
