My client a world class healthcare organisation with global roots is looking to appoint a HR Business Partner to join the expansion of the HR team. This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting project and help shape what HR will look like.

Originally founded in America and with continued success the organisation is opening a new clinic based in London. The HR team are looking to appoint a HR Business Partners to continue the growth of the HR offering and be the golden thread between business objectives and the people agenda. Working with the Head of HR Business Partnering you will support a client group of 300 employees within the hospitality and hotel space. The organisation offers high end accommodation for patients and therefore experience within this sector is essential. Within you role you will be working with four key teams Talent, L&D, Reward and HR Operations, to support your client group with workforce planning, process improvement, employee engagement and overall coaching and guidance to senior leaders.

As HR Business Partner you will successfully lead complex HR projects from start to finish whilst aligning them to business objectives. You will have experience of working through the full employee life cycle in order to support your client group and work effectively with the centers of excellence. You will have the ability to work with autonomy and flexibility, no day will be the same! Ambitious and driven you will work with your colleagues in HR to lead on the HR agenda and bring it to life within your stakeholders. You will have experience with complex employee relations and have the ability to coach the senior leadership team on how to handle these effectively. Working alongside the Head of Talent and the L&D team you will create and deliver succession planning, leadership development plans and recruitment strategy.

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced HR professional at a similar level who has worked in the hospitality or leisure space or within private medical organisations. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to demonstrate your ability to work with flexibility and pragmatism. You will have excellent project management capability and will have led on a HR Project recently that has a clear outcome. You will hold a HR qualification or equivalent degree. Collaborative, approachable and keen to get stuck in you will be joining an exciting and ambitious team that are working as one to support this amazing and large scale project!

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + excellent benefits
